In the circle, we are all equal.
There is no one in front of you and there’s nobody behind you.
No one is above you, no one is below you.
The circle is sacred because it’s designed to create unity.

Why A Sacred Space?
Something I have always been led to is initiating community and coming together. I love the energy that's created when like-hearted people come together to connect! A few years ago I felt guided to the concept of women's circles and learnt that connecting in circle has a deep and beautiful history which feels so perfectly layered with new possibilities to explore.
What drew me to these sharing circles is the concept that no one is above, no one knows better than anyone. I feel so strongly about witnessing and encouraging those who attend any of my events, to witness the inner wisdom in everyone around them.
I love the imagery that when we share in circle our stories and intentions swirl together in a kind of energetic dance... only to perfectly mix together and send whatever healing energy is needed for each person present (and even those not present).
The circle is about sharing without the need to justify or explain... simply knowing that any share and emotion is welcome. Even when we think we may know what someone should do in their situation; the circle teaches us that we never know better about someone than themself (even if it seems obvious to us), because each person carries with them their own unique wisdom about their path and we are simply asked to witness and hold space for them.
There are countless lessons to be learnt in circle; honouring ourselves and others, tapping into the 'fixer' and 'rescuer' and reminding ourselves that we are not responsible for others' journeys.
I hold about 2 online circles a month and run a month long program called 'Finding my way back to me' - which only opens every few months. I also run an in-person Sacred Singing Circle once a month in Benoni.
